This is a basic test and doesn’t give too much data however it is an easy and useful tool to just diagnose OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea). A small device can be hooked up at the patient’s place and the patient can sleep at the comfort of home. This type of sleep study doesn’t require audio video recording or technician’s stay.
